The Casey Eye Institute is located at 3375 SW Terwilliger Blvd., in Portland, Oregon. You値l find us at the corner of Terwilliger Blvd. and SW Campus Drive on the Oregon Health & Science University campus. A detailed map & directions are available in our information section of Patient Services.
Our 120,000-square foot building has 6 floors and boasts the largest glass floor in the country. You値l enter Casey Eye Institute (CEI) at street level and walk straight into our lobby. On this floor you値l find the Low Vision Rehabilitation clinic, the Community Services office, the Macdonald Auditorium, the 20/20 Cafe, Casey Eye Optical, and the Oregon Elks Volunteers. On the lower level you値l find the Kenneth C. Swan Library, pathology laboratory, and research facilities. The third floor is restricted to research personnel involved in ophthalmology research and includes laboratories and research offices.
The impressive glass floor is on the fourth floor where waiting areas, exam rooms and faculty offices are located. You値l also find our extensive photography department and the Casey Vision Correction Center. The fifth floor is also a clinical area. It includes more faculty offices, the Elks Children's Eye Clinic and Casey Ophthalmic Associates. The CEI administration offices are located here, along with the Northwest Center for Eye Alignment.
The sixth floor is dedicated to the CEI operating rooms. Here you値l find a comfortable waiting area, outdoor deck and areas for pre-operative and post- operative care. Finally, the 6-level parking structure adjacent to Casey Eye Institute offers ample free parking for patients with validation.
