Contact Lenses
Contrary to popular belief, contact lenses cannot get lost behind your eye. The eyelid is attached to the eyeball, so the lens can only go back a little bit before it stops. We can always remove a lens if it slips off the front of the eye and gets under the eyelid. Contact lenses must not be shared. Even colored lenses that have no corrective power must not be shared, because sharing increases the risk of eye infection and if the lenses do not fit properly, they can cause damage to the eyes. |
