Casey Vision Correction Center
The CVCC LASIK Experience

Short Term Recovery
Initial healing occurs during the first two to five days after surgery. Because long-term healing depends on your own healing response and the amount of correction needed, your vision may clear gradually. During the first week it is normal to experience some blurry vision, especially when reading or doing other close work. Your distance vision will likely improve before your near vision does. Also, you may notice that your daytime vision improves sooner than your night vision. You may feel a little off balance and your depth perception may be temporarily affected. Use extra care when driving or operating equipment.
