An endoscope is a special instrument used in brow lifts and midface lifts as well as other types of surgery. The endoscope, which is inserted through a small incision in the scalp, is connected to a video screen, allowing the doctor to see the surgery as it is performed. Additional incisions allow the surgeon to use a tiny scalpel or other instruments.
