How does the laser work?
Laser treatment works by destroying the pigmented cells. As the cells are destroyed, their reddish or darkened appearance diminishes.
Is laser treatment painful?
Most patients experience no discomfort. You may feel a slight stinging sensation (like a "snap" from a rubber band) but this treatment generally does not require anesthesia.
